the tile compares your current race time with your record to show you whether you are running slower or faster

just put them in numeric order along the map. for a map this size 2 or 3 are enough

As I mentioned in my message, you should follow all the rules. It would be better to implement all the guidelines into your map to improve its chances of being released.
