Hi
@ankialla! Thank you for your first map submission :)
I'll provide general feedback and won't go too much into detail, for general editor/mapping questions, please use
#mappingYou can reach us testers in
#💬meta-testingif you have any general questions.
Now to your map:
The map itself utilises single moves as entire parts which doesn't have to be a bad thing - but it's tight corridors and the way they're structured make it so you're constantly bumping into things on your way - which slow you down and feel frustrating, like the second part where you're enforcing a double shotgun up into a 1 tile path.
The map uses multiple weapons without properly incorporating them into exciting gameplay, but rather single "usages" - which makes the map feel generic and boring. Unfreezing yourself with laser twice through a one tiler and calling it a part is boring.
Every weapon basically has its own moment which I like - but the parts itself are pretty bland in terms of gameplay.
The design itself is as simple as it can get - I don't really mind it but other testers have higher expectations.
I think you're on a good track, but I would recommend you take a good look at maps that were released recently to get a glimpse of what we expect in terms of gameplay, structure, visuals and flow.
I'll decline this map - you can of course work on this more throughout and ask us for help any time - but it'll take a while to get this anywhere near a releasable state.
Good luck!

@.cammo.don't be rude.
Mention:
@ankiallai mean if its unchanged from the video in
#showroomthen those shotgun parts would be kinda nice if they were longer and more developed
could be a calm climb map
Thank you for your advices! I'll try do do smth better and also work on design
focus on making parts first before moving onto design
i found your playthrough video very cute (in a good way) , id recommend you level up your gameplay a little before spending too much time mapping because you will get a much better feel for what an appropriately mapped part is
i did a silly little speedrun of your map incase you are interested, time to beat is 46 seconds
submit in teecloud
