found this "old" map. i remember jao rejected it, cuz the start room is "too tiny" i still think it doesnt matter in a dummy map. but if testers want i can make another start room so ull get tele into part 1 (but it will break the flow of playing the map if u die multiple times at first part). also did some changes in parts

I would wait for some more comments and not just decline the map if it's not obvious that this map is bad
what about u send screens what u dont like, tell people what to change? only thing u do is saying "bad mapped, rejected" u dont spend any time in testing or tell people what they have to change. also u are not the only tester here. its not your job to decline maps randomly. its your job to tell people how they could improve stuff u dont like
He does spend time on maps he thinks are worth it, but yes it would be better to tell every mapper, cause they may come up with a much better map next time

1) too faily (guess this one doesn't need explaining) 2) there's basically no structure 3) most parts are some random special tiles scattered around and you're supposed to guess what the part is (and then do it 1 try) that's just not good gameplay

"too faily" is not even a reason lol. every insane map is "too faily" also theres no random stuff. looks like u dont understand the parts if u rlly think theres anything random in it. doing everything first try is also not a good reason. parts arent that hard to be not first try parts. map is not even that hard as other maps rlsd so why its "too faily"

there is a limit to how faily maps should be and usually faily maps are supposed to be short and not too hard to understand
here you just see some stoppers and switches and stuff all over the place and have to do something with them 1 try
there's basically no way to finish this map without studying it and remembering all "parts" and then it's still very hard

@Starkilleryou look from by your own perspective , but players who first time joins they didn't know anythink about this map . So they play it first time they see part differently then you see . I understand that after i maked long map , there was too much different stuff (ideas cool) but to do 1st try part was not possible even if you understand the part ... so didn't post it to don't waste other time. All parts was somethink new cool , but its all was hard to do very faily.

Imo the parts are fine and a good challenge for higher skilled players. They also aren't very complicated. It is easy too understand what to do and since big parts of the map use endless hook you can pause and take a look often. The edge hooks and the rocket fly don't fit well to the map, imo. Its a different kind of gameplay than the rest and especially the edge hooks could be unnecessarily faily. The last part looks very grindy, it could be reduced to half of its length without changing the gameplay. Design is nice, but hookable needs more contrast. I have no clue, why the start room should be made bigger. It's a hard dummy map, so everyone joins a team immediately anyway.
Maybe because sometimes novice players joins servers and don't know what to do

ye i remember this map , its very frustrating i don't get what to do , i have no clue what to do , if this would be released 98 players from 100 wouldn't play this map like me just because of start , don't even want to try other parts ...
as i said. people who dont understand what to do are not able to do the whole map. if u are skilled enough for the parts u will understand the map

for novice players It’s supposed to be not readable, the map is for insane players
So I played through the map multiple times and I did not find it hard to figure out how to do the parts. I enjoyed playing the map and I think it has a great flow. There are many unique parts and for the failyness: I don't think this is too faily, as it is a rather short map and the parts are neither too hard, nor too random. I found one bug and have one suggestion. Suggestion: add more endless hook and put a speedup at the transition of stoppers and unhook

btw. i guess the rf could be as it is now. its just a little filler and makes no sense to try to put a part there or make it less faily or smth. its not that hard at all. about the edgehook i asked cor for it and he thinks its okay. maybe ill change it if other people also dislike it. same with the last part. ill wait for more opinions

It'll probably end up in the same way, not played
But i'm not against releasing those kind of maps
Even if without structure it's kind of a mess, it's still using a lot of different skills
And i'm not fan of those switch on this kind of 1st try map, at least the way you used it
It's also long, if it gets released it'll probably become the hardest dummy map
So it'll be important to check if it's not too hard compared to the other 5s maps (I think there's only Inj3 and miA)
And as it'll become the hardest dummy map, I think it needs a more strict testing
it's not that hard though, imo miA is harder
