Just changing the tileset won't fix the map's 2010-style design. Modern maps are designed differently

I think it would be better to start a new map. For a quick review of your map, you should first change the design, get inspiration from maps like Nostalgia, Naufrage, Stellar or Stargazing and ask yourself what makes the map look good. Of course, the most important thing is to create parts that are more creative, or at least more structured. The best way to do this is to give yourself time to come up with ideas, but also to play other maps. Ask to test your map regularly to see what people think about it You can also take a look to declined and ready maps to see what made these maps accepted or not
louis had made a kind of tutorial by taking a map and redoing it trying to take into account today's standards but I am unable to find where it is If somebody have the link, it would be nice
