It's not up to us, why would you want players to be sheep walking a tunnel. Leaving it to the players' capability to find new ways is part of the challenge (of the game)

i see Pipou has a point on the "players finding ways for speedrun that can be challenging for others" but it shouldn't rely on skips and shouldnt skip entire parts. And also cheats are not part of the game xD how can skipping parts be part of a game, the game is to finish a map by completing parts, not skipping those intended parts just because mapper couldnt see those skips.

Do we really need to fix every cheats on a map? I believe it's part of the game to discover different ways and experiment. Finding a cheat can be very rewarding as long as it doesn't skip a significant portion of the map

ofc tiny skips are alright, but skips where u skip entire parts like for some skips on this map just do not feel right. The mapper invested his time to make a nice part that flows well not so u can just skip it with a little trick

thats why i wouldnt expect any mapper to say „leave a skip“ for the bigger skips at least

they want u to play the parts not skip them

currently this is the rule that fits the problem the best. For me, a working part means that it cannot be skipped. I guess u could expand the rule by saying something like this: "Small part skips are allowed as long as they do not defeat the purpose of the part"
