lots of design edges missig in your map
but besides the design, the map needs a lot of fixing for gameplay. the parts are all very tight, like the grenade speed parts are both weird. the first one makes you hit the ceiling and miss the unfreeze, the second one suggest to make a double at start but ceiling too low - two normal grenades there are tight.. the speedups are weird, they sometimes catapult you into the freeze and you have to wait to fall into ufnreeze or teleport. the freeze jump after switch two is so tight and faily, just boring. last part you get grenade and laser but don't even need them, maybe just laser.
just seems like a lot of unflowy untested parts, the map is short but still confusing with all these stoppers. and overall the parts are not really creative (except the part where you have to deactive switch 2 that was kind of clever).
in my opinion the map is not worth a release unless you rework the map. or you could better invest your time in starting a new map; there you can right away add more space

Fixing little things won't make the map good enough for release. It's an average / bad map with generic parts and no outstanding qualities. You showed creativity especially in your other recent map uploads, so please don't feel demotivated when your attempts should become declined. Listen to the suggestions here and on the other channels of your reviewed maps.
My suggestions for you:
- create difficulty not through tightness in parts / repetition
- make your maps longer
- keep the part structure linear and next to each other (don't connect parts with teleport - don't abuse too many stoppers to re-use part segments; it's confusing)
Some parts in this map are okay, but this is a weird combination. Some stuff is super easy and unfaily, some parts are faily, some parts are unfaily (in a short map). So this map is neither a "cool" short faily challenge nor a "cool" unfaily map with innovative gameplay. The parts in this map are not special and the gameplay is basic, too. I think you should play some solo more solo maps to get an idea about good gameplay. Solo maps can be very different, so it's hard to tell you what exactly you should do, besides stuff like "make your map unique and good in it's own way".
