There shouldn't be any cuts, and if there is youll only be skipping less than a second for doing something absurdly harder.

I don't get what exactly you mean but you mentioned that you'll add a speed-check to every part and from your last screenshot it looks like you are making some big changes.
Just finish everything you have planned and then update it here, you might get some more feedback on the current version anyways.

At what speeds does clipping through a single tele tile become possible?
I wanna make sure there won't be any cheating going through tele tiles. But since it is rng for going through I wasnt sure what the slowest you can be going and still make it through a tele tile.
What is all the current problems of the latest version that was sent? I want someones thoughts on all the bad aspects of the map. Or reasons why it is unable to be released. I want the map to be absolute perfection. And your feedback will help on the journey to perfection.

Also, I wasn't sure for the ending if you were going to be able to clip through the door. So I added a 2nd layer. But if that is not even needed I can remove the first gate.

Okay, so that is just a spot I noticed might be a problem. And wasn't sure if the double layered doors was needed.
I would recommend playing through the map. Cause it is not as tight of timing as it looks. You have plenty of room for error. The freeze and unfreeze tiles are there to help you be able to line up your next thing you need do much easier.

It's still not release-able and you would be advised to start a new project. Don't let this discourage you and try to gather more experience. Please spend more time on your next project and try to execute what you've learnt from your two maps nicely! We've all been there and my first maps looked much worse. 🥲 Please try to reach out in

Man, this ain’t discouraging me. I love to map for people to enjoy me maps. And if making enjoyable maps aren’t going to be releaseable. Than I might just go back to making maps for players enjoyment over being released 😊. I have mapped over 10 maps. Most of which have 0 plan on being released. I just want players to enjoy playing the maps I create ❤️.
Cause, if the players in which are playing my map aren’t happy. Then I am not happy with my creation. The maps I make are designed to bring joy to players.

That's good to hear! However, please note that submitting your map causes unnecessary work for the testing team if you aren't looking for a release anyway.

This is never a good idea, do not rush mapping. Rushing and making things fast without thinking ends up poorly mapped. Better take time for each section/parts (speacially on design) and make sure everything is correctly done. You can use this https://trashmap.ddnet.org to host your own server temporary and invite people to playtest your map before submission, or if you have friends you can ask them. They have also suggested you to ask in
#mappingto get feedback on parts and how to improve (which is really good).
One key factor that they already told you is: Make sure parts are unique and have a nice flow. This is the most important thing and the most hard part about mapping. Your map sadly doesnt achieve that. Mostly are straight flights with repetition on each section, which tends to be lame and boring. It's mostly same movement but different direction. You will need to create new parts and make them unique, not just straight fly with dj refills and unfreeze. AND PLEASE... do not get used to mapping in such tiny spaces, i had issues with that too until i learned that giving space makes map more enjoyable. ALOT of new mappers map tiny spaces at first and they get used to it, which is not good, give room. But also don't over do it, reasonable space.
Jetpack mapping is also pretty limited and hard to make interesting parts with basic tiles, you would need to experiment with more special tiles to make interesting and cool parts, but, for beginners, i dont recommend. I recommend like others suggested to you, make maps for your level of playstyle first (i dont know how good at the game you are). So you can get used to mapping with basic tiles and fixing skips or flaws of parts with basic tiles. Once you have more experience, map with special tiles.
Good maps takes months... even years. If im not mistaken, Pipou's new map in

I plan my maps out fast 😅 . And trashmap is good for having players test.

To be fair, we should allow all types of map but with what you said "as long as its good enough and unique" 😂 if people can release 40k hh maps then we should allow drag maps

I get why it was put in but tbh. Its nothing wrong with full drag and full drag can be creative 2. One thing i enjoy in this game is to play full drag maps with dummy and just listen to music. Drag maps is a fun part of the game and i would love to see more in the future

i dont like it, drag is a category a lot of people play, and, yes, theres a lot of maps, but not enough. its always good to have new drag maps :D
