Some of the unfreeze on this map, like Teeasy, is for speedrun But that map was Novice 1. This map doesn't look like Novice 1.
I'm considering adding 2-3 short parts. The map is supposed to be short, but it can be too short for a speedrun. I'm not sure.

talked with mapper ingame, the map is supposed to be so theres multiple ways to do some of the parts, some easier for novice and some maybe more low-moderate parts like the throw / speedrun strats
in thsi picture, both tees can just go below and use the 1-tiler to do the part

For example, best skip for this part starts in previous part, cuz you need to get speed boost from swing section.
I can just delete all holes, its like 5 mins. I let testers to decide.

it's not moderate , it's novice , novice players are not so good . ( most of time ). Also can do it solo with out hook . ( but it's very hard )

I tested your map and i have reasons to like this one, but more which are against a good map. The fact that you mapped it for speedrunners mainly, is making the parts for the Novice type of players worse and just boring, while speedrunners could/would probably enjoy it.
There are about 10 spots where the Tee has to wait to get unfreezed because the Unfreeze tiles are intentionally mapped for speedrunners only. It is just based on an advanced playstyle to get smooth and fast through the parts, unlike the Novice players which are most of the time just jumping through some Freeze tiles.
The Hookthrough Dragparts are really short and not really fascinating as they mostly contain 2 Hooks and just a run to the right side.
Conclusion I would probably make a new map or if you really want to improve this one, then you should take your time for each part and make it more of a Moderate map to avoid boring babyparts, but still keep a great gameplay when played without speedrun mechanics. Moderate players would also be more capable of using them in their runs. In general your parts should be a little bit longer and contain more enjoyable gameplay, because right now it is just existing in the specific speedrun ways.
Even tho it will not be released in the current state, I still like the idea of your mapping and I hope you will come back with some more creative parts to make such a map possible :D
