DESIGN
- (image 1) there are unused mapres, adding to the file size for no reason + the used mapres is not optimized (tho this second thing is not as important right now). And you can probably use less images since some of them are really similar.
- (images 2 & 3) design bugs. I marked some teleport corners since you along the map put the diagonal corner OUT of the teleport, and there in entities it has teleport above. To be honest its better if you do the opposite thing and put teleport in every corner since they are big and look like they can get you teleported. You can see this clearly in image 4
- (image 5) 2 different designs for the same
- (image 6) stoppers arent visible at all. you should make them a LOT more contrasty
- (image 7) another design for tele????
- (image 8) bugs everywhere
- (image 9) and more bugs (i wont mark more now since the map is full of these)
- (image 10) in all the map, theres freeze inside teleport. There shouldnt never be overlapping entites unless its needed

GENERAL
Short and unbalanced map. It has some messy fillers, boring and unoriginal drags + some uncomfortable gameplay. FULL of design bugs and inconsistencies. The map in its current form isnt good enough for the standards. keep working in this map would require a whole rework and a lot of fixes. To have a better idea of how drag maps are done, you can look at https://ddnet.org/releases/ (see monochrome, cansada (which is more similar to your map), the forest, etc...) Try to follow the https://ddnet.org/mapping/rules/ and https://ddnet.org/mapping/guidelines/. Good luck and keep mapping!
oh, and forgot, the file is 2.5MB. a map with a design like this shouldnt be above 300KB.
if you are looking for good moderate drag maps i would rather suggest taking a look at lumine or depressed I-II

Hey! I gave your map a proper playthrough, and honestly, I don't think it's ready for an official release.
The main reason is that the map has structural issues that can't really be fixed with a few small adjustments. In my opinion, it would require a much deeper rework. Many parts don't feel well built, some movements feel awkward or unnatural, and the overall gameplay doesn't flow very well.
On the visual side, I think the design is actually pretty decent. However, the entities were quite messyβfor example, you had the teleports surrounding the checkpoint teleports, which makes the setup feel disorganized.
Overall, I don't think the ideas behind the map were bad; I think they were just executed poorly. I'm not sure if this is your first map, but if it is, it's still a solid first attempt. Keep mapping! I'd recommend focusing more on how official maps are structured, the amount of space each section should have, and how gameplay is paced and connected between parts. With more practice, I'm sure your future maps will turn out much better.

The reason provided: The map has fundamental structural and gameplay issues that require a significant rework rather than small fixes.
