I highly recommend going through the map with a partner, because one part (or several) will be impossible with dummy

Ok so maybe it is novice after all, but I think you really should clean up the map, way too many different tiles. 'Stable Grayness' looks much cleaner than the rest of the map imo
Its purpose is to prevent the left player from being able to hook onto the white block and subsequently reach walljump areas
I'm thinking about how to make the bottom two parts easier to understand and to recover from if players fail
I want to believe that the player is capable of solving such puzzles. The hard part is understanding that you can cling to the ceiling and use the teleport gun.

this is not a novice map
map is not balanced, a lot of problems with tele/cp, a lot of problems with utilization of specific entities like telegun (cheatable) losing jumps, or tunes that are not cool for novice. most of the parts are messy map weirdly (many random stoppers not needed) most of the parts are cheatable

It's decline, not waiting, this is where the entire map needs to be reworked for release, not just a few things.
Fair I guess, but a decline doesnt always mean that a map is bad on all fronts
You were in testing for a while, you must know that there are controversial declines (so the map was potentially good for some people)
Im not saying that this current decline is something controversial but still
it would require a big rework, so i think a decline is better than trying to fix issues i want to add, that the map doesn't work in t0 (spacing issues) and some parts are confusing without a reason, also the design is very confusing.
