red: usually u use this tiles for unfreeze, but u put it around the weapon. blue: u didnt mark unfreeze there, well its not that important but maybe u just forgot.
Also dunno if this tile is a good choice for unfreeze, cause most ppl use it for something like switch/solo or maybe teleport, never seen it for unfreeze.
Apart from the two pictures I didnt find any other design bugs
it seems u have to hold jump that it works. But ppl cant know this o:

I feel like it destroys the flow from whole map but i guess mapper decides
But in total I think map is ready. (Just little fixes that are left over)

This map isn't up to today's standards. There are some misleading parts, parts that are faily for no reason and overall rather low quality mapping. I don't think it's worth trying to fix this map

i think its a real fun map and i was close to ready it but i dont liked the design
i have no clue why gameplay is bad in your point of view
it has a good flow with some nice parts, i neither understand where parts are somehow misleading

imo if the design gets an update this really can be a good map and an enrichment for ddnet dummy
most faily parts have no reason to be faily, it's misleading in a couple of spots that can be fixed but it's not the main issue
there are random speeders etc that have no real point

But before you decline maybe first tell exactly where u see the problems what he could change and wait for others what they think. If 5 tester say its bad structure map is not good enough and the mapper doenst want to fix or cant fix then I think its okay to decline but not that 1 person decides o:

this map has been in testing for a very long time so I decided to do something with it, and I decided that means a decline in this case
suddenly 10 people jump at me how it's a great map
There were recent changes for it
It wasnt like it was just laying in dc and nobody is doing smth about it
We wouldnt test it if map would be bad af in our opinion. So I dont think its necessary to decline when were testing this a lot

Well imo map is good enough and you can fix everything we mentioned so far. I assume he put a lot of work in this map so I would be sad if someone just declines this without telling me what I can change.
