Also imo u shouldn't have places like that without any reason, u can make it smaller so 2 jump enought to reach it, or make at least hook area bigger

OK, so the map is really outdated in terms of gameplay. I wouldn't recommend use as inspirations old maps, better look at new moderate maps that was released in a year, cus this type of gameplay and parts itself sadly or not is not really fun nowadays.

It is also worth paying attention to the map's balance. Look at this part on screenshot. Imagine doing all of this, trying again and again, and when u finally finished, ur teammate doing the next part in a few seconds

Also should say a bit about the design itself and colors u choosed. First of all, sometimes u can't see or u poorly see marks u did on the map(1), or because 1-2 marks are layered with each other i can't really see arrows(2)

Also, it's not really a rule or something, but it's just a classical decision to make hook tiles are lighter than unhook tiles. Ofc if u have some custom self-drawed tiles it can be whatever color u want

Also, the freeze design u choosed sometimes looks not what it actually is, for example, on the 1st screenshot u have no space but on the 2nd it looks like there are really big space in the freeze

So yeah, the main problem for me is the outdated gameplay and amount of repetitive parts, or parts without idea, but not the design u choosed in this case

from the screenshot it seems you didn't tackle the core issue of the map, that is:

Repetitive sections: doing the same thing twice may be okay - doing it 5 times is tiresome gameplay: it's basic and a little out of touch given our current stand and standards we try to enforce on novice maps.

I'd recommend taking a look at "freshly" released novice maps to get a feel for what we expect
