Hey, I'll just give my thoughts and recommendations. :)
Spawn room: In general make it a little bit more spacious and appealing. Have at least one tile of space between the spawn tiles. Try to use less stoppers. It will improve flow and reliability. For weapons: No need to have a whole arsenal laying around. It just looks cramped. One or two should be enough. - Try to get more value out of them. Having a weapon for one part and then taking it away does not seem optimal.
- Same for shields, they can have one tile space between them and still cover everything. Don't make parts too repetitive. Part between time checkpoint 4-5 and the part after time checkpoint 6. Using bullets is pretty DDmax/Oldschool and if not used properly ends up creating a not so enjoyable slow part. For novice I would have more space in general for bigger groups of tees.

Hmm, there is still a lot of things. Your map looks like ddmax and not modern ddrace. A lot of the parts are doable solo if not all. You should make the map 3x or 4x the size so we can rate more.
