pseudo fly with endless ??? + idk if it's collision or the hammer but every time you need to hammer and u have no colli u got some weird freeze and that horrible to fly with it.

ah even is normal fly they is some freeze when u hammer

or maybe it's the test serv

• impossible to duo in speudofly (have even more lag + part 5 + part 10 when u go down it's 10 time harder than the real part)

Theres nothing we can do about the hammer giving a slight delay i think that has to do with with anti ping if im not mistaken.

Possible to pseudo fly with duo me and soapy did it a few times. But i did find it to be easier with dummy personally.

While the mechanic is slightly weird its really fun to just zoom around the whole map. And it requires a specific flow of hammers. But yeah it isn't 100% perfect.

The reason soapy chose it to be with no collision is because it's easy to just do a normal speed fly, or speed fly. While the map is trying to teach the flow needed for Pseudo amongst all the other flys.

Plus we have to remove hammer from one person because otherwise its a bit cheatable

Really cool :D, i really like being able to get dj's without having to get on platforms. also i dont really understand why you get more time by doing the map with way harder techniques

And well, we just felt like adding times to random flies. Could maybe be toned down a bit but was just to make it clear what we wanted as the star of the map xD

maybe you could better advise us on which techniques are harder. We figured the pseudo was quite hard but you really made it look easy.

If you have any time resuggestions we would be happy to hear them, we just didn't want top ranks to go to easier techniques like jetpack solo.

Is this a map where you can choose what fly you do our do you have to do this map with every fly to finish? Both would be cool

only reason it could reasonably be submitted as novice is cause you can choose a really easy one at the cost of a time penalty

Cool af map, i didnt test all modes but the way u forced that weird pseudo fly is really funny and interesting

But to be novice map maybe i would organize the modes by level (novice, moderate, brutal...) in the place of normal fly, special fly... I think is more clear for new players to know where to go in depending of their level And about time handicaps i think is impossible to balance to make all hard ways able to get r1 so i would let it like this using psudofly way for speedrun and the rest for learn/train

Yeah I think maybe labelling the difficulty of the flies would really help out newer players. I'll see if I can add that.

Balancing them I agreed would be too difficult. So we just gave time penalties roughly based on difficulty and speed, keeping no punishment on the pseudo fly to encourage its use.

Yea we originally made a pseudo fly map. Then towards the end of the map soapy asked me what if we could do any fly. So thats how it came about and why psuedo fly has no penalty and the rest are kinda random time penalties xD

Well the devil horns were supposed to represent a harder fly , but I think that should be a halo. Doesnt have to do with how much extra time you get.

And thats just the way the contraption works. Could remove a step for the endless hook. Dont see it being too necessary .

You can speed fly. And shitfly. But it would require building extra maps for them to be made into parts I think. (Doors, switches, tune zones)

That was a labelling mistake. Glad you spotted it will fix XD

Moved the toteles as requested. Doubled up checkpoints so you can't skip them. Fixed the difficulty labels on the normal flies. Removed the ability to have endless with hookfly.

imo should name this "Just Any Fly" just in case someone wants to map "Just Every Fly" which would require all common flies as someone mentioned

We are already making Must Every Fly (1 fly = 1 part).

But a slight name change wouldnt hurt. I was thinking of the same thing when we decided to start making Must Every Fly but then we had already posted the map. But Just Every fly does also fit I guess 😛

Maps like Just Deepfly and Just Shitfly indicate that the named technique is required to beat the map. the way this map is named does not follow that pattern

I don't think there is any issue with the name. I don't really see how it's grammatically incorrect. In my eyes the names of these maps just inform you what is in the map. Hence Just Every Fly works.

As for "Must Every Fly" That is just a play on words that Ravie came up with that we thought was clever. I see nothing wrong with twists like that as my map "Commandont" was approved which again isn't proper English at all instead a twist on a South African name for a technique.

Haha, I'd say if the title is required to pass the map then "Just Deep Fly" implies you only need/do deep fly. So there's a problem with that map too.

But like I said if you look at the title as "what the map contains" instead of "what is required to pass" then there is absolutely nothing wrong with calling it "Just Every Fly". It also works with all other maps that use the "Just __" naming system. (Well maybe not "Just Deep Fly" but it doesn't work either way)

i do remember i mention to one of the mapper before about the pseudo is weird af on this map but i cant tell the reason and i just findout antiping will become super buggy when people play the pseudo on this map with antiping

It has been discussed, if you read up. And I also play with anti ping. Yes there is a little visual delay, unfortunately thats just how the code is when you remove hammer from one player. But nothing you cant get used to in 10 minutes. Besides, there are a bunch of other flies on the map.

Sadly without creating a whole separate map for pseudo fly or a very intricate switch system we can't add normal pseudo fly as you could just do a normal hammer fly without the time penalty.

The intricate system I can think of would require 3 tees, 2 to fly and 1 to work the switches which seemed a bit too annoying to include.

To make this pseudo fly work we removed hook from one player to prevent hook flying. Removed collision to prevent hammer flying normally but then had to also remove hammer from one tee to prevent copy flying and that caused the slight graphical glitch while flying.

That was the best we could come up with.
