since map is all about speedrunning i guess i will make some small suggestions to make it more satisfying/make it flow better: removing those 3 unhooks will be nice to make the start a bit more enjoyable imo

i think it would be good if u added a block up there instead of the freeze so the player regains the dj from the fast swing before and can now use it to preserve dj for the upcoming move, so he doesnt need to touch ground (where im standing on in the screenshot)

im not pleased with this part yet. the pillar in the middle forces u to go slow and walk on the platform and most of the time u crash into the unhook. if it was gone the swing into next part would be possible while making flow better

would be great if u elevated the top pillar significantly (ca. 5 tiles) and extended the platform by 2 tiles on both sides. Right now the pillar blocks a good double nade setup and the extended platform would help that cause too

would be great if u placed hookables at the indicated spots. first one is to compensate the speedloss through the freeze and at the same time create a double nade setup. second one is just for flow purposes and to be able to control the double nade speed
