Hey there, if this is your first map it's pretty good! :) Better than what most would create when just starting out I'd say but unfortunately not good enough yet. Here are some tips and examples:
In general the map has very bad spacing at a lot of parts. Meaning there is not enough space to complete the part comfortably. Also I think a novice map shouldn't contain any kill tiles. Or at least not inside of the map.
- One example of bad spacing. Once you get through the first tile it's very difficult to get your partner.
- The last catch is very tight with the tele being so close below. The tele should be lower and as mentioned before I don't think it's a good idea to have killtiles inside a novice map.
- Again very bad spacing and repetitive. Very tight and you have to wait a lot because there is no unfreeze.
- This is very difficult I believe no novice player would actually get trough. Same as mentioned though - no killtiles.
- Again an example of repetitive gameplay you do the same things almost 5 times in a row.
- Tiles that don't exist.
General issues:
- The map has a lot of spacing issues and the parts are often very tight.
- The parts often repeat themselves.
- The drag parts are very similar to each other and don't offer anything new.
- Don't use killtiles for novice maps. :)
- There are skips that pass whole parts.

I recommend you look at some of the newly released novice maps and keep improving at the game we are always happy to see new mappers!

Careful that you don't spend too much time trying to fix something where a whole rework would be the better option. Please have a look the maps "Grell", "Cliff Charge" or "EasyRight 2" to get a feeling for the current standards.

maybe you uploaded the wrong version, the spawn is in the middle of the map and some issues are not even fixed however the map has still many issues and i suggest you to get an idea about good spacing and good gameplay before you rework this map. it's not easy to get this map into a releaseabe state, that's why we declined it instead of asking you to change some issues.

230 hours is not much, you didn't even finish a single moderate map (there are novice maps, moderate maps, brutal maps and insane maps for multiplayer)

im not talking you out of making the map, im telling you that this map has no chance to get a rework in testing, because we don't have time to make every map good if a tester/player likes your map, they can help you to rework it, but not in ddnet testing
but at first they wrote to me what was wrong with the map and I corrected everything
you didnt fix the spacing, the repetitive parts nor the drag parts, nor the kill tiles
While your map is playable (which is already a good start in mapping) its gameplay is very outdated (every drag part is simple rehooks and wall hammers, the map is very claustrophobic and also not novice difficulty)
Why couldn't you write about this from the very beginning?

also you spent 30 minutes on your rework, which is clearly not enough rework = you have to remake your entire map while keeping some ideas you had thats why its heavly adviced to just start over in this situation - its just gonna be easier to map wide and clean from the start, rather than trying to somehow expand the map into itself
I don’t know how much or little time you understand, but while removing all the problems of the map, I tried to preserve its original appearance
to be clear i think you can absolutely make a releasable map if you study recently released maps a bit, but it might take a few tries

the structure is basically the same but its wider and with some changes which make logical sense (redoing the deep freeze entrance, mirroring the deep part so its faster to start - stuff like that)
also you can cheese rocket here but we dont talk about that 🤫

you can re-use this name, you cannot use a name of a released map

some information for the mapper:
- take your time when mapping, not many mappers can make a good map in a few days
- this map is far below what we expect in map quality, you need to learn alot to understand how to make good gameplay
- imagine 10 tees running your map, make sure every part has enough space for the t0 gameplay, space is also important for good gameplay, because it's much nicer to build up momentum while playing
- u can ask here or in mapping for help about mapping, but we wont help you to rework your map in the map testing section
